Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the risk of degradation once they leave our controlled environment, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is an error with your order or a product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately so we can make it right.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact our customer support team immediately. Include your order number and photos of the issue in your email so we can assess it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Where a refund is approved (order errors, damaged, or defective items only), it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 business days of approval.

No Exchanges. Due to the nature of the compounds, we do not provide exchanges after shipment.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We only handle cases of damage or incorrect items within 30 days from the delivery date; requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
