Every order is compounded, checked, and dispatched from our Ontario facility with discreet, unbranded packaging.
Orders paid Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping. Orders paid after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
We ship via Canada Post Xpresspost. Once shipped, delivery estimates are Eastern Provinces (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic, etc.): 1–3 business days; British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba: 2–5 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Shipping rates, delivery options, and promotional offers (including free shipping) may change at any time without prior notice.
