Getting a temperature-sensitive research compound from our facility to a lab bench involves more logistics than most customers see. Here’s a look at what actually happens after you place an order.
Compounding and Quality Checks
Every order is pulled from inventory that has already passed batch-specific HPLC and MS testing. Before packaging, each vial is checked against its batch documentation to confirm the correct product, lot number, and COA pairing — a manual verification step designed specifically to prevent mix-ups at the fulfillment stage.
Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are generally stable enough for standard shipping without active cold-chain packaging, but we still ship in padded, light-blocking packaging to protect vials from physical damage and light exposure during transit. All outer packaging is plain and unbranded — no product names or descriptions are visible from the outside.
Dispatch and Tracking
Orders placed before our daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day, with tracking information emailed automatically once a shipping label is generated. Because we ship exclusively within the United States, customers avoid customs processing delays entirely.
